These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and YesWin (hereinafter referred to as "YesWin", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the YesWin website located at https://yeswin.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and promotional offers.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and must not register an account. YesWin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" — The YesWin website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services accessible at https://yeswin.cam.
• "Account" — A registered player account created by an individual for the purpose of accessing YesWin's services.
• "Player" / "User" — Any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform or is accessing the Platform.
• "Balance" — The aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — Any promotional credits, free spins value, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total amount a Player must wager (expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount or deposit+bonus amount) before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process, requiring submission of identity and address documentation to confirm a Player's identity, age, and eligibility.
• "Eligible Jurisdiction" — A territory from which access to YesWin is not expressly prohibited under applicable laws or YesWin's internal policies.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transaction currency of the Platform for Malaysian players.
• "Intellectual Property" — All trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, software, databases, game content, and creative materials owned by or licensed to YesWin.

To register and maintain a YesWin Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during Account use.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to confirm your jurisdiction's laws regarding online gambling prior to registering.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other restriction imposed by YesWin or any other gambling operator or regulatory body.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must be the sole and authorised user of the Account you register and must not register on behalf of any third party.

Each eligible individual is entitled to register one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and phone number. You agree to promptly update your Account information whenever any such information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. YesWin will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of your Account being accessed by an unauthorised party due to your failure to maintain credential security.

YesWin reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation at any point, including before processing any withdrawal or when there is reasonable cause to verify Account information. Required documents typically include a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and — where applicable — proof of payment method ownership.

YesWin supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of verified Malaysian payment channels, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank. Supported methods and transaction limits are subject to change and will be displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction.

All transactions must be conducted using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments — whether for deposits or withdrawals — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and further investigation for potential fraud or money laundering.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance in real time. Processing delays attributable to third-party payment providers are beyond YesWin's control.
• YesWin does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods verified in your Account name.
• YesWin targets the following processing times: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) in under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX bank transfers in 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire in 15–60 minutes. These are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by third-party processing.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Accounts with outstanding KYC documentation may experience delays.
• YesWin reserves the right to apply additional verification checks on withdrawals above certain threshold amounts as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
• Any balance attributable to uncleared Bonus Funds subject to active Wagering Requirements is not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements have been met.

YesWin offers various promotional incentives including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spin promotions, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general bonus provisions set out in this clause.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players only. YesWin reserves the right to restrict promotional eligibility based on player history, jurisdiction, or compliance status.
• Each promotional offer specifies its applicable Wagering Requirement, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games or bet types, validity period, and maximum cashout limits (where applicable). These terms are published on the respective promotion page and are incorporated into this Agreement.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
• Unless otherwise stated, bets placed on live dealer games, certain table games, or specified excluded games may contribute at a reduced percentage — or not at all — toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement.
• YesWin operates a strict one-bonus-at-a-time policy. Players may not hold more than one active promotional offer simultaneously unless a promotion explicitly permits otherwise.
• The referral bonus (currently MYR 38 per successful referral) is subject to the referee completing registration with a valid referral code, completing KYC, and meeting the minimum qualifying deposit threshold. Both referrer and referee must be eligible players.
• Birthday bonuses are awarded automatically to eligible Accounts based on verified date of birth and current loyalty tier. Birthday bonuses are subject to a standard Wagering Requirement as specified in the loyalty programme documentation.
• YesWin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time, including revoking bonus funds where evidence of abuse, exploitation, or fraudulent claim patterns is identified.

All bets and wagers placed on YesWin are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market, as published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that specific game or market.

• All bets are final once confirmed. YesWin does not accept requests to cancel or amend wagers once they have been accepted by the Platform.
• YesWin reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious system error, corrupted game data, network interruption affecting game integrity, or suspicion of collusion or cheating.
• For sports betting markets, in-play odds are subject to change in real time. Accepted odds at the time of bet placement are binding, subject to the general voiding provisions above.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, market, or game and are displayed on the relevant betting interface. YesWin reserves the right to amend maximum stake limits at its discretion, including on a per-account basis where pattern-of-play justifies such action.
• All live dealer games are subject to the published studio rules of the respective provider. In the event of a game disconnection mid-round, YesWin's incident management procedures will apply and the outcome will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's standard protocol.
• RNG (Random Number Generator) based games use certified RNG software. Results are independently verified for fairness and are not influenced by prior game outcomes, account balance, or any other external factor.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the YesWin Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using software, bots, scripts, data scraping tools, artificial intelligence, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and will be confiscated.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple welcome offers; systematically placing hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; or using two or more Accounts in concert to exploit any promotional offer.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating in live or multi-player games.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any component of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing YesWin staff, other players, or any third party associated with the Platform.

All content on the YesWin Platform, including but not limited to the YesWin brand name, logo, domain name, website design, user interface, software, databases, game content, text, graphics, audio, and promotional materials, constitutes the Intellectual Property of YesWin or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from YesWin.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YesWin, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or business interruption.

YesWin does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary Platform unavailability. YesWin will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted by statute, YesWin's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by YesWin's negligence, or for any other form of liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

YesWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes.
• The Account holder has provided false or misleading information.
• Continued Account operation poses a reputational, legal, or regulatory risk to YesWin.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the Account holder.

Upon termination for cause, any balance attributable to Bonus Funds, wagering requirements not yet met, or funds obtained through prohibited conduct may be voided. Real-money balances will be handled in accordance with YesWin's investigation outcome and applicable regulatory requirements.

A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting YesWin's customer support team. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course prior to Account closure, subject to KYC clearance.

YesWin is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a period of 24 hours.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your Account will be suspended and you will not receive marketing communications.
• Reality Checks: Optional session time reminders can be configured to alert you after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Short-term breaks of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days are available for players who wish to take a temporary pause from gambling activity.

YesWin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, unless immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure. YesWin will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances in accordance with standard procedures.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which YesWin operates under its international licensing framework. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall, in the first instance, be subject to YesWin's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a formal dispute, players must submit a written complaint to YesWin's customer support team, clearly outlining the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. YesWin will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days of receipt.

Malaysian players are reminded that online gambling regulation in Malaysia does not extend to offshore platforms. By registering and using YesWin, you acknowledge that you are operating in a regulatory context governed by the Platform's international licensing framework, not by Malaysian domestic gambling law. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws in your jurisdiction.
